How do I create an account?

Welcome to Zuluzenith! To create an online account please follow the steps below!

*Click sign in/register (top right corner)

*Enter your email address and click "create an account"

*Fill in all the required information

*Enter and confirm your password

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

To reset your zuluzenith.com password simply enter your email address under "sign in". You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.

How do I update my Zuluzenith account?

To update your account, please sign in and click on your name at the top right corner. You will then select "my account" from the drop down menu and, "edit account" on the left side of the page. Here you will be able to update name, shipping/billing information and also change your password.

Is my information secure on this website?

Zuluzenith believes in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. To that end, we have implemented security measures at zuluzenith.com to protect the information we have collected on the Website. For example, we limit access to your personal information to select employees and others with a valid business need for the information. In addition, we hold our employees responsible for upholding our privacy standards.

We use standard, well accepted data encryption technology when transferring and receiving your personal information. A solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your Web browser window confirms the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons. You can also confirm your data is being encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser (the place where you type Website addresses). When accessing a secure server, the site address will change from "http" to "https".

While we use the foregoing security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Order

How do I use a promotional code?

You will find the option to enter a promo code in the order summary portion during checkout. Look for the section labeled "Add a discount code or a gift card" click that and apply there.

What are the restrictions on promotional codes?

Unless otherwise specified, promo codes are one time use only and can not be combined with any other discount, promo code, or special offer. Promo codes are subject to change without notice. Promo codes may be limited to specific styles and price points. Promo codes may have a limited time use or, expiration date and must be redeemed within a Zuluzenith online account. Products excluded from discount code use may include masks and doorbuster promotions.

Warehouse sale items and items generally under $40 are excluded from promo or any other discounts. We do not offer "rainchecks" on goods out of stock.

How do I use my store credit?

Store credit is no longer redeemable on the Zuluzenith website. If you have store credit that did not transfer into your account. Please contact info@zuluzenith.com . We will be able to confirm and reissue your credit.

Do I need to create an account to place an order on zuluzenith.com?

A Zuluzenith online account is not required to complete an order. We do, however, recommend creating your account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.

What is my order status?

You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order has shipped. You are also able to log into your Zuluzenith online account and check order status under "my orders". If you have not received your tracking email, please contact Customer care and we are happy to help!

How do I cancel my order?

To provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted.

Can I receive a price adjustment?

You sure can! Price adjustments are limited to full price items. Price adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your original purchase and will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustment. If you used a discount code, note that your final purchase price will be adjusted. Any additional discount codes used on your order cannot be applied to price adjustments. Please contact Customer Care to adjust your purchase price.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled?

All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare occasion that an item/items are canceled on your order, you will be notified. Customer care will adjust your order and final purchase price.

Does Zuluzenith offer price match?

At this time, Zuluzenith does not offer any price match guarantee.

My order status says delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Zuluzenith will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. Zuluzenith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 12pm PST M-F usually leave our warehouse the same day. Arrival times may vary depending on your location and delivery service.

Due to potential carrier delays, you may see your package in a city or in the same status for a few days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered.

When will my order be delivered?

Free Priority Shipping (5-8 Business Days)

During high volume shipping please allow up to 5 days for your order to completely process for shipment.

My order status says delivered but I haven't received it?

 Zuluzenith will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to track your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. Zuluzenith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to tracking claim.

Because tracking claims can result in completed deliveries, orders cannot be refunded/reshipped during an open investigation. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What to do if I have received an incorrect item?

We are so sorry if you have received an incorrect piece! Please contact our customer care team at info@zuluzenith.com

, and they will quickly correct this! Any incorrect piece must be returned for an exchange or refund.

Can I return or exchange a Final Sale item?

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please reach out to our Customer Care team before placing your Final Sale purchase - info@zuluzenith.com

Returns

We are focused on you being more than just satisfied but happy and excited about your purchase. We are here to help so please do reach out to us with any issues.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date to be processed for refund. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.

Please contact Customer Care if you have received a damaged item so we can remedy that immediately.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed. Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

How do I request a return?/

Requesting a return is quick and simple! Please click this link for the Returns Center. Enter your order number and zip code. You will then select the items you would like to return and submit your return for exchange or refund.
